Email marketing is an extremely cost effective method of promotion compared to most other forms of advertising. At BML we’ve tried hard to make our e-marketing services clear and transparent so you know exactly what costs are involved from the outset.
One Off Costs:
EMAIL TEMPLATE DESIGN (EDITABLE BY USER) – £300
Cost includes template design, integration with online management software, account setup and testing. All prices exclude VAT.
STANDARD HTML EMAIL DESIGN (NOT EDITABLE BY USER) – £195
Cost includes template design, integration with online management software, account setup and testing. All prices exclude VAT.
RECURRING CHARGES
£10 DELIVERY FEE + 2p* PER RECIPIENT
For example, sending an email to a subscriber list of 200 recipients would only cost you £14! All prices exclude VAT. *Discounted recipient fee available for larger subscriber lists – please contact us for details.
OPTIONAL MANAGEMENT FEE – £50 Per Email
The optional management fee is for customers who would like BML to organise and send out emails on their behalf using a pre-existing template. Delivery charges still apply on top of this cost. All prices exclude VAT.
NOTES ON EMAIL TEMPLATES
The major benefits of our system are that once we have designed and set up your new template, you can edit your own email content, making as many changes as you want using our simple online editor. This means that effectively, after the template has been designed you only have to pay for your sending costs, even if you choose to send a hundred different emails a day.
You would only need to invest in design again if you wanted to have a new template (ie. you may choose to have a newsletter template and different promotions template, depending on your requirements). Other than that, you would not incur any further design charges.
